The HR Administrator - Entry Level will be support with the full employee life-cycle including recruitment.

Responsibilities for the HR Administrator - Entry Level:
- Maintenance of the HR system, ensuring all files, spreadsheets and data is accurately stored
- Support in the new starter process and support with the onboarding administration
- Be a point of contact for HR administration enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face
- Support the HR team in all administrative duties and support other departments when needed
- Responsible for recruitment cycle; speaking with hiring managers, speaking with external agencies
- Managing the reception and greeting visitors
