Our client is currently looking to recruit for a HR Administrator - Entry Level.
The HR Administrator - Entry Level will be support with the full employee life-cycle including recruitment.
This is an excellent role for a entry-level candidate looking for their first step in HR with options to study CIPD.
Responsibilities for the HR Administrator - Entry Level:
Maintenance of the HR system, ensuring all files, spreadsheets and data is accurately stored
Support in the new starter process and support with the onboarding administration
Be a point of contact for HR administration enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face
Support the HR team in all administrative duties and support other departments when needed
Responsible for recruitment cycle; speaking with hiring managers, speaking with external agencies
Managing the reception and greeting visitors
Essential experience for the HR Administrator - Entry Level:
Interest in building a career in HR
Experience working on different systems
Self-efficient and willing to learn
