Our client is currently looking to recruit for a HR Coordinator - Entry Level. The HR Cooridnator will be responsible for the full employee life-cycle including recruitment.

Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator - Entry Level:

  • Maintenance of the HR system, ensuring all files, spreadsheets and data is accurately stored

  • Support in the new starter programme and support with the onboarding administration

  • Follow up on new starter right to work evidence, health, qualifications and DBS checks

  • Be a point of contact for all HR administration enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face

  • Support HR Manager in improving employee journey

  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle; speaking with hiring managers, sourcing on linked in and indeed and speaking with recruitment agencies

  • Full recruitment process including sourcing candidates on linked in recruiter, indeed and posting adverts

  • Support on the monthly payroll

Essential experience for the HR Cooridnator - Entry Level:

  • HR & Recruitment experience

  • Linked In Recruiter experience is proffered 

  • Payroll experience preferred
