Our client is currently looking to recruit for a HR Coordinator - Entry Level. The HR Cooridnator will be responsible for the full employee life-cycle including recruitment.

Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator - Entry Level:
Maintenance of the HR system, ensuring all files, spreadsheets and data is accurately stored
Support in the new starter programme and support with the onboarding administration
Follow up on new starter right to work evidence, health, qualifications and DBS checks
Be a point of contact for all HR administration enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face
Support HR Manager in improving employee journey
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle; speaking with hiring managers, sourcing on linked in and indeed and speaking with recruitment agencies
Full recruitment process including sourcing candidates on linked in recruiter, indeed and posting adverts
Support on the monthly payroll
Essential experience for the HR Cooridnator - Entry Level:
HR & Recruitment experience
Linked In Recruiter experience is proffered
Payroll experience preferred
