Our client, a forward thinking online product selling company, are looking for a HR Manager to help in a period of transformational change. The role of the HR Manager will be to lead all things HR, everything from recruitment, talent management, and fast tracking all HR processes they have set inhouse.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
Integrate and harmonize the business’ brand change
Implement the companies wellbeing and engagement strategy
Lead the recruitment, onboarding and succession plans
Provide accurate and professional HR advice and coach management
Manage all HR administration
Key Experience for the HR Manager:
Extensive HR experience including policy creation and procedures
Management and reporting on payroll systems
Strategic thinking while having great attention to detail and execution
A people-focused leader who can build collaborative teams across the board
Degree level education
