Are you passionate about driving employee engagement and fostering effective communication within a dynamic work environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Internal Communication Manager to join a team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, partnering with their IT function.
As the Internal Communication Manager, you will develop communication and engagement strategies to bring their initiatives to life.
Key responsibilities for the Internal Communication Manager:
Developing departmental engagement and communication strategies and action plans tailored to relevant audiences.
Supporting projects and programs with clear and engaging communications, from transformation activities to recognition schemes.
Drafting emails and scripts for executive team members and providing valuable insights.
Supporting internal communication events, such as town halls, from logistics to content delivery.
Drafting relevant communications and overseeing their publication, including on our intranet.
Facilitating the delivery and results cascade of employee engagement surveys, supporting HRBP in communicating results and drafting action plans.
Collaborating with the Group Communications and Engagement team to support group-wide initiatives and ensure effective message dissemination.
Key skills for the Internal Communications Manager:
Experience in utilizing engagement tools such as Peakon and navigating change management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in drafting copy for diverse audiences.
Expertise in developing, implementing, and managing communication and engagement strategies.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
