Out client, a bespoke MSP are seeking an Internal Recruiter to permanently join their team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be sourcing and screening high quality candidates for vacanies in the Cambridge area.
This role is based 5 days a week in the Cambridge office.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with an Applicant tracking System (ATS).
Internal Recruiter key duties
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates
- Producing recruitment adverts across multiple online and offline channels
- Ensuring positive candidate experience
