Our client is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be providing onsite support services and will be ensuring a complete out-sourced IT support solution for schools. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line remote technical support within the educational sector.
Key Responsibilities for the IT Helpdesk Technician:
To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support
To ensure the ICT needs are met in relation to teaching, learning and administration
To always provide a professional and courteous service
To provide regular reports to the Service or Network Manager
