Our client, a specialist healthcare provider, is seeking an IT Senior Systems Administrator to join heir team on a permanent basis.
The IT Senior Systems Administrator will be managing the current infrastructure and networks. The ideal candidate will have the working knowledge of the skills required to provision, manage, monitor, and decommission Azure related services.
A driving license is required for this position.
Responsibilities of the IT Senior Systems Administrator
Provide administration and support for key Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office365, InTune) and Aruba technologies in collaboration with our outsourced provider.
Create and oversee the installation and configuration of internal and customer-facing infrastructure, network devices (including medical devices), and switches.
Assist in evaluating and selecting hardware, firewall, telecom, and software vendors, and participate in negotiations.
Manage the Cloud Architecture and take the lead in improving and optimizing IT infrastructure and applications through an ongoing program.
Assess and automate scaling and capacity requirements within Azure environments.
Ensure alignment of business, application, data, and technology perspectives with the technology and governance strategies, policies, and standards of the company.
