Our client, a market-leading automotive trader, is seeking an IT Support Technicianto join their IT Support Team on a contract basis for a minimum of 8 Weeks.
The IT Support Technicianwill be responsible for assisting the IT support team and acting as the first point of contact for IT problems both hardware and software, including third-party applications and telephony support, for all employees.
Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician
To ensure customer demand is managed as effectively and efficiently as possible through the Ticketing system, inbound phone traffic, client portal and as a result of service days
To work within a team of support engineers in managing and supporting customer service engagements.
To take ownership in logging all service requests, incidents, problem records and change requests within the Ticketing system

Essential
Strong 1st line support experience
Windows 10 and Office 365
Active Directory
Strong written and verbal communication skills
