Key Responsibilities for the ICT Technician:
- To provide 1st and 2nd line on-site technical support to a designated School
- To ensure the ICT needs of the school are met in relation to teaching, learning and administration
- To always provide a professional and courteous service
- To provide regular reports to the Service Manager / Virtual Network Manager
- Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office 365

- Troubleshooting
