As an IT Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities for the IT Support Engineer:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in person.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Set up and configure IT equipment and systems for clients.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical incidents and solutions.

Requirements for the IT Support Engineer:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office 365

  • Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
