A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior SharePoint Consultant to join a leading MSP who is looking to continue and develop their SharePoint expertise.
The Junior SharePoint Consultant will provide valuable project support and assist with design and customisation, project write-ups and data migration.
Key Responsibilities for the Junior SharePoint Consultant
Support Consultants and Developer to deliver bespoke SharePoint Solutions
Communicate clearly, effectively, and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Recognise and develop opportunities for new and existing customers, adding value to their business through efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Provide assistance, when required, for on the helpdesk, delivering outstanding customer service to external customers.
Provide assistance fielding support tickets on behalf of helpdesk team by reviewing, assessing, and allocating tasks received through the Helpdesk.
Fulfil other duties, in line with business needs.
Key Experience for the Junior SharePoint Consultant
An understanding of core Microsoft products, including Office 365.
A good understanding of web-based software and relational databases.
Previous experience in a customer support-based role.
Previous experience with Microsoft business software.
