MAINTENANCE ADMIN WANTED!
We are seeking a Maintenance Admin to join our client’s team permanently. The Maintenance Admin will be working full-time in the office and working for a growing company and joining the Service Delivery Team. The Maintenance Admin must have previous admin experience and a good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Admin:
- Efficient and effective scheduling of the field service teams and specialist service delivery partners.
- Liaising with the operation department
- Liaising with the Customer service team and O&M Site Managers
- Assist with arranging external contractors
- Booking and coordinating engineer visits
- Ensure data is recorded correctly
- Identify and alert management of events with potentially high business impact or emergency
- Preparation of yearly and 4 weekly work schedules with the ops team
- IT literate and comfortable with planning applications, proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Excel in particular)
- Experience in complex work scheduling
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisation skills and eye for detail
- Strong desire to provide excellent service on each interaction both internally and externally
- Ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously
