OFFICE MANAGER WANTED!
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The Office Manager will be working closely with other members of the team, and full-time in the office, Monday to Friday. The Office Manager must have previous experience in an office environment, and excellent administration skills.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
  • Type and computerise documents accurately
  • Maintain an organised filing system
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence with clients and suppliers
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks
  • Assis with scheduling appointments and meetings
Skills Required for the Office Manager:
  • Proven experience in a secretarial role
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Typing accuracy and data entry skills
  • Competency in using all Word programs
  • Excellent organisational skills
