Our client, a live events company, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to permanently join their team In Chessington.

Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator
Contributing to the day-to-day planning of operations.
Managing technician scheduling by considering upcoming events and employee holidays.
Reviewing and ordering additional technical resources required to fulfill job requirements.
Providing necessary information to technicians, freelancers, and crew members to carry out jobs.
Administering freelancer purchase orders and sending out show schedules to technical teams.
Producing a written report after each event, emphasizing any issues or areas for improvement.
Working with senior management and colleagues to find new and more efficient ways of working smarter on a strategic level.
Preferred Skills for the Operations Coordinator
If you have a track record of excellent administration and communication, then you could be a suitable candidate for the role. In addition to the above responsibilities, we expect you to possess the following qualities:
Operational scheduling experience
Ability to develop relationships with all levels of the business
Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
Knowledge of audio-visual technology would be beneficial but not necessary.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
Good level of numeracy.
Proficient IT skills as an end-user.
