Our client, a growing company within hospitality, is looking to hire an Operations Team Leader, this role will have 2 direct reports and will be based on site 5 days per week on a full time permanent basis. 

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Team Leader:
- Managing the partnerships within the company 
- Leading a team of 2 direct reports ensuring rotas are correct and identifying any training needs 
- SWOT analysis 
-  Working closely with internal teams such as buying and warehouse to ensure operations are running at optimum efficiency 

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Team Leader: 
- Experience working in an operations/supply chain role or similar 
- Confident building external relationships 
- Experience leading a team
