The PA will initially be supported by a strategic EA to help with the personal development of the PA and bring them up to speed with expectations from an administrative angle.
Responsibilities for the PA:
- Book travel and accommodation for all meetings for the Director
- Arrange meetings and organise the Director’s dairy
- Occasionally support the sales team with project work
- Support on all aspects of administration and data entry for the Director
- Be responsible and approachable to stakeholders and when speaking to clients
- Strong administrator and attention to detail
- Minute taking during meetings
- PA experience to Director level and a willingness to learn
- Preferred experience in the construction industry
