We are seeking a PA / Secretary to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The PA / Secretary will be working closely with other members of the team, and full-time in the office, Monday to Friday. The PA / Secretary must have previous experience in an office environment, and excellent administration skills.
Key Responsibilities for the PA / Secretary:
- Type and computerise documents accurately
- Maintain an organised filing system
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with clients and suppliers
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks
- Assis with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Proven experience in a secretarial and/or PA role
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Typing accuracy and data entry skills
- Competency in using all Word programs
- Excellent organisational skills
