Key responsibilities for the PMO Lead:
- Work closely with the Programme Planner to gain full understanding of the overall transformation plan
- Own and deliver PMO activities across the following areas, Governance, Risk Management, Resource tacking, Programme Reporting, Programme Methodology
- Ensure stakeholders adhere to all PMO activities and governance
- Team Management for other team members in the PMI and with Transformation team
- Awareness of Senior level direction for the Programme to ensure PMO material is fit for purpose
Key Skills for the PMO Lead:
- Experience working on large scale transformation Programmes is essential, ideally on a global scale
- Experience of Agile tooling, Jira & Confluence
- Knowledge and application of all the PMO capabilities mentioned above
- Experience leading a small team
- Strong negotiation skills, being able to challenge where needed
