An exciting opportunity has become available to work with an industry leading financial services company as their Programme Planner Lead on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working with the expectation to be in the office only 1 day per week. Our Client is currently undergoing an extremely large transformation and are re-platforming all their IT systems on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities for the Programme Planner Lead:
  • Owning the integrated transformation plan for the UK
  • Identify issues that may impact critical paths and take necessary actions to ensure project stays on track with the global plan
  • Liaise with both local and global stakeholders about their workstreams
  • Report to C-Level execs on a regular basis
  • Work closely with the domain leads to pull information into the overall UK plans
  • Tracking deliverables across the UK projects to identify and communicate impacts of plan changes.

Key Skills for the Programme Planner Lead:
  • Knowledge of Jiva and Confluence
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodology
  • Experience working on large scale transformation programmes
  • Project Management technical skills including, governance estimation, planning and risk management
