As the Project Coordinator, you will:
Manage products and services for corporate clients and charities.
Support senior management in identifying improvements, developing product propositions, and ensuring a focus on customer needs.
Collaborate with Research and Marketing teams to understand customer needs, track satisfaction, and derive actionable insights.
Drive good customer outcomes with a focus on product governance and risk management.
Conduct financial modelling for budgeting, pricing analysis, and reporting.
Perform market research and competitive analysis.
