Are you looking for a new role? Our client, one of the largest membership services within the travel industry, is looking to hire a Contact Centre Team Leader on a full time permanent basis. 

Key responsibilities for the Contact Centre Team Leader: 
- Organising the rotas for the contact centre staffing team 
- Forecasting business requirements and allocating staff to different areas
- Monitoring live calls and asking team to support where required 
- Working closely with the contact centre manager to ensure things run smoothly 

Key skills for the Contact Centre Team Leader: 
- Strong excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables etc) 
- Contact centre scheduling experience 
- Ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources 
- Strong relationship building skills
