We are working closely with an established UK wide retailer to support with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator. This role is a full time permanent position based onsite in Carlisle 5 days per week. 

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator: 
- Processing all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner 
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers 
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all sales orders are processed smoothly 
- Keeping product barcode database up to date 
- Ensuring systems are updated regularly with correct prices and product updates 
- Weekly reporting on products for stock and sales updates 

Key Skills for the Sales Administrator:
- Advanced Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables & lookups etc 
- Unmatched interpersonal skills 
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external teams 
- Ability to work under pressure 
- High attention to detail
