A new exciting Sales Manager role has been created for one of our clients based across the UK and EMEA, delivering service excellence within the Medical products and supply field. The Sales Manager will maintain focus on all private sector sales following successes within the NHS.  

Including generous bonus scheme, car allowance, private medical and enhanced pension. With a number of long term contracts agreed and a year of growth inclusive of recent acquisitions the business is going from strength to strength and are looking for the guidance of Sales Manager to continue to grow the business moving forwards.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
  • Creating new business and generating leads in your target market
  • Build and maintain a high-level knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Using a consultative approach to demonstrate tailored solutions to individual clients
  • Professionally and efficiently close stakeholders to bring your deals to a timely win

Requirements of the Sales Manager:
  • Experience in Business Development within the Private Healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven experience selling medical devices
  • A passion for sales
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • A background in nurturing accounts and generating leads to win new business
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
