We’re looking for a talented and strategic Senior Paid Marketing Manager to lead impactful, insight-driven digital marketing campaigns across a diverse and growing organisation.
As a key member of the Strategic Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated digital strategies, managing a small team, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies. You’ll help shape audience-first campaigns across a wide range of digital channels, using data and insight to optimise performance and deliver real engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans aligned with organisational goals including paid ads such as Meta
- Leading digital-first, cross-functional campaigns from concept to evaluation
- Managing and mentoring digital marketing staff
- Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class digital marketing
- Using analytics and audience insights to drive performance and innovation
- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
- Experience with paid ads (Facebook ads) is essential
- A strong understanding of data-driven strategy and performance optimisation
- Experience working with agencies and managing campaign budgets
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
