As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of their mission, managing and developing a diverse product suite to cater to the needs of their clients.
This is a maternity cover role, and it is crucial for maintaining continuity and support during a transformative phase for the organization.
What You'll Do: As the Senior Product Manager, you will take charge of their products and services targeting corporate clients, facilitating both domestic and cross-border corporate giving. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with front-line teams to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Supporting client teams in responding to specific opportunities.
- Developing and building scalable product solutions for our corporate clients through our Transformation program.
- Acting as the primary source of expertise on the product set.
- Line managing two Assistant Product Managers and matrix managing one Product Manager.
- Commercial & Analytical Skills: Comfortable analysing complex data, driving pricing strategy, and writing business cases.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of effective communication at all levels through written, verbal, and presentation skills.
