The Service Coordinator will be key in managing the engineers weekly diaries and providing excellent service to the companies B2B customers.
Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator:
- Provide administrative support to the engineers and strategically map out each week to work smartly to service each customer
- Ensure all services are compliant and working within regulations and legislations
- Liaise with customers daily to arrange services and answer other general enquiries
- Maintain the customer database and ensure all data is inputted correctly
- Strong Administrator/ Coordination experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Methodical and efficient in completing tasks
