Are you an experienced Sustainability Manager who has experience within food supply chain? We are supporting a large food procurement business to recruit a Sustainability Manager on a full time permanent basis based in Chertsey. 

Key Responsibilities for the Sustainability Manager: 
- You will be responsible for the line management of 1 member
- Working on the sustainability for the food supply chain
- The company is focussing on carbon footprint with a goal of net 0 by 2030
- Ensure appropriate strategy plans and processes are in place
- Become part of the farmers groups to understand best practises 
- Present any new agendas to the buying team to ensure the supply chain are adhering to the plans 

Key Skills for the Sustainability Manager: 
- 5 years experience within Food Sustainability 
- Line management experience 
- Clear communications 
- Strong knowledge and strategy planning within animal welfare and regenerative agriculture
