(This role is fully remote but you will be required to attend client sites so international travel to Germany will be required)
Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Manager
- Build long-term relationships with clients, provide technical consultation and advice on how our client's products fit within their processes
- Assist in developing Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland as markets, including market research, stakeholder engagement, and tailored marketing strategies
- Build an in-depth understanding of the recycling process on a technical and commercial level
- Analyse and understand technical site/process drawings
Key Skills & Experience for the Technical Sales Manager
Essential
- German as Mother tongue; fluent in English
- Strong background in Sales (Ideally within Manufacturing)
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating deep technical understanding of large-scale industrial processes and listening to customer needs/problems
- STEM or Engineering background/understanding
- Full Driving License
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
