Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of client contracts, serving as the primary point of contact for day to-day operational and contractual matters.
- Build and strengthen effective working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial and operational reporting to clients within agreed deadlines.
- Lead and actively participate in regular client meetings, effectively addressing concerns and capturing actions.
Skills Required for the Account Manager:
- Proven experience in an Account Management or similar client facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Strong communication skills
