We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our clients enterprise-wide transformation program.
You will play an integral role in shaping their future and will apply industry-leading business analysis tools and techniques to projects, acting as the bridge between the business and technology teams.
As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with business teams, vendors, and technology teams to elicit, prioritise, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
Evaluating potential solutions against the captured requirements, making recommendations based on operational, budgetary, technical, and regulatory considerations.
Utilising appropriate tools and techniques to support the planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and improvement of products and services.
Contributing to project plans by defining the analysis approach and providing estimates for work packages.
Creating and maintaining materials that reinforce the transition to desired business outcomes (e.g., business requirements documents, process flows, wireframes, data analysis, design specifications, test plans, etc.).
Quantifying potential business benefits and contributing to business case development.
Leveraging business process modeling and analysis (BPMA) tools, methods, and standards, such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), to gather information about the business's needs.
Conducting gap analysis of the existing business process catalog and identifying pain points and optimisation opportunities.
This role is well-suited for individuals with experience in large transformation programs or relevant transferable skills who are passionate about making a positive impact on society. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
A self-starter who is proactive and self-motivated, taking pride in their work and assuming responsibility.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate in simple, non-technical terms at all organisational levels.
Comfortable challenging scope and validating requirements to ensure accuracy at all times.
