Are you a Business Analyst with IT Transformation experience? We are supporting an industry leading insurance company to recruit for a number of BAs to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The Business Analyst will have used a variety of techniques and methodologies throughout projects.
Key responsibilities for the Business Analyst;
Scopes and initiates change programmes, projects and initiatives to deliver business benefits – defining, owning and agreeing the BA Framework to be applied.
Works to understand existing business environment, business needs and elicit business requirements from stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Manages end-to-end clear traceability, maintenance, prioritisation, change control and approval mechanisms.
Supports the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
Learns from previous experience and understands how benefits have been delivered by participating in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions and knowledge share/peer reviews.
Key skills for the Business Analyst;
Expertise in defining and leading business analysis approaches in Agile methodologies from business change and systems development perspectives.
Application of recognised industry standard modelling techniques
Experience and knowledge of systems lifecycle concepts used to plan, develop, implement, operate and maintain IT systems/services.
Experience with BPMN
