We are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client’s support team. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering a high level of remote and on-site support through problem solving and troubleshooting.

Job Overview for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:

  • Communicate clearly with customers in a technical and non-technical way.

  • Make sure all the job is done in a timely manner and help impact the team in a positive way.

  • Complete work in an accurate and detailed manner.

  • Work individually and as part of a team to complete the work and meet the customer’s needs.

  • Keep the customer up-to-date and ensure all needs are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile/Experience for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:

  • Minimum 2 years within a Helpdesk environment.

  • Experience within administration and troubleshooting.

  • Hands on skills of cloud-based technologies (preferable Azure, but GCP or AWS beneficial)

  • Microsoft skills (Exchange, Office 365 etc.)

  • Windows 10 expertise.
