We are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client’s support team. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering a high level of remote and on-site support through problem solving and troubleshooting.
Job Overview for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:
Communicate clearly with customers in a technical and non-technical way.
Make sure all the job is done in a timely manner and help impact the team in a positive way.
Complete work in an accurate and detailed manner.
Work individually and as part of a team to complete the work and meet the customer’s needs.
Keep the customer up-to-date and ensure all needs are met.
Ideal Candidate Profile/Experience for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:
Minimum 2 years within a Helpdesk environment.
Experience within administration and troubleshooting.
Hands on skills of cloud-based technologies (preferable Azure, but GCP or AWS beneficial)
Microsoft skills (Exchange, Office 365 etc.)
Windows 10 expertise.
