Are you an experienced Team Leader within Compliance/KYC? 
Are you from the Banking industry? 

We are looking for a Compliance Team Leader to join our client on a full time permanent basis, this roles covers the client onboarding side of the process with direct line management responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities for the Compliance Team Leader: 
- Managing a team of 10 direct reports who are a mix of Administrators and Analysts, conducting appraisals and 121s 
- Carrying out approvals on cases and handling high level escalations 
- Managing the workflows and KPIs ensure these are regularly reviewed 
- Team productivity and quality management 
- MI Reporting 

Key Skills for the Compliance Team Leader: 
Essential: 
- Experience working within the Banking industry 
- KYC/AML/CDD/EDD Experience 
- Proactive and strong work ethic 
- Previous experience at a Lead/Senior level mentoring junior members 
Desired: 
- Previous experience focusing on process improvement 
- UK drivers license and access to your own car
