Responsibilities for the Contact Centre Agent:
- To provide excellent customer service and specialist knowledge on the product
- Ensure active listening towards customers to enable an in depth understanding of the customers’ requirements and needs
- Communicate with customers over the phone, email and live chats
- Have the confidence to upsell and cross sell customers to subscribe and try other products
- Keep up to date on special offers, exciting events and new products to share with customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and ensure they are getting the right support for their specific needs
- Contact centre experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Telephone confidence - preferred contact centre experience
- Preferred background in selling health care products
