Responsibilities for the Contact Centre Agent:
  • To provide excellent customer service and specialist knowledge on the product
  • Ensure active listening towards customers to enable an in depth understanding of the customers’ requirements and needs
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, email and live chats
  • Have the confidence to upsell and cross sell customers to subscribe and try other products
  • Keep up to date on special offers, exciting events and new products to share with customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and ensure they are getting the right support for their specific needs
Essential skills for the Contact Centre Agent:
  • Contact centre experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Telephone confidence - preferred contact centre experience
  • Preferred background in selling health care products
