Responsibilities for the Contact Centre Agent:
To provide excellent customer service and specialist knowledge on the product
Ensure active listening towards customers to enable an in depth understanding of the customers’ requirements and needs
Communicate with customers over the phone, email and live chats
Have the confidence to upsell and cross sell customers to subscribe and try other products
Keep up to date on special offers, exciting events and new products to share with customers
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and ensure they are getting the right support for their specific needs
Essential skills for the Contact Centre Agent:
Contact centre experience
Excellent customer service skills
Telephone confidence - preferred contact centre experience
Preferred background in selling health care products
