Our client, a rapidly expanding engineer company, are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team of experts. The role of the Customer Support Coordinator will be to handle and support customer/client queries & complaints timely, accurately, and professionally.
What the Customer Support Coordinator will be doing:
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completely properly and promptly.
- Providing support via email and telephone.
- Logging data into the companies ERP system & maintaining throughout each process.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure all output is compliant with ISO standards.
- Meet monthly KPIs
What you can offer to the Customer Support Coordinator role:
- 3+ years in a similar role showcasing customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Computer literate, ideally with experience of using ERP databases.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
- Attention to detail & highly motivated.
Desired skills of the Customer Support Coordinator:
- Manufacturing or Engineering industry knowledge.
