Digital Trainer

Are you passionate about supporting and guiding your colleagues? Do you have a strong overview of internal systems and enjoy being a superuser and the 'go to' for any training and issue resolutions? 
We are supporting a well known organisation to support with the recruitment of their Digital Trainer. 
This role is based in Horsham 1/2 days per week with the view to reduce this once you are ready to fly solo within the role. 

Key Responsibilities for the Digital Trainer: 
- Supporting the wider team with any system support requests
- Training all new starters on internal systems and how they are best used 
- Arranging training for new features released on the systems 
- Design and deliver training and repeat refresher coursed when required
- Travelling to different sites to support with training face to face 

Key Skills for the Digital Trainer: 
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills 
- Ability to adapt your training styles depending on the delegates
- system 'superuser' ideally on Google Suite but others will be considered
- Exceptional stakeholder management 
- Full UK drivers License & own vehicle
