Our client is currently recruiting for a Field Support Technician to provide support to 4 Schools based across the London and surrounding area. The Field Support Technician will be providing IT support to Staff and pupils and will be required to undergo a DBS check.
The successful Field Support Technician would need a clean drivers license.
Key Responsibilities for the Field Support Technician
Engagement with our Service Desk and London based Management Teams to facilitate the delivery of first class ICT managed support services to our London based schools.
Resolve service calls within the contracted SLA’s.
Provide school-based users with first and second line technical assistance and report service issues in accordance with our Service Desk policies.
Promote a pro-active ‘can do’ attitude, working individually and also as part of a wider support team.
Providing onsite support visits when required and directed.
Provide high-quality customer service and promote the company’s reputation.
Assist with project work as directed by the Technical Operations department.
