This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to progress their career within IT Support. 

Key Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Administrator: 
- First point of contact for all telephone enquiries regarding IT support 
- Logging tickets and collecting in depth information around the issues the customer is having 
- Troubleshooting where possible and completing first time fixes
- Escalating to second line where required 
- Ensuring you are providing excellent customer service at all times 
- Accurately updating records and documents 

Key Skills for the Helpdesk Administrator:
- Ideally some IT experience in a commercial setting 
- Passion for a career in IT 
- Excellent customer service 
- Must have valid right to work in the UK
