The successful candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or profit-making environment, a desire to upskill and grow their career in the role, and a passion for delivering exceptional HR support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator
Provide administrative support to the HR Administrator
Assist in the recruitment process, from creating job postings to scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Key Qualifications for the HR Administrator
Previous experience in an HR administrative role
Experience working in a commercial or profit-making environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Desire to upskill and grow their career in the role.
