We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join my client’s team at, a well-polished Managed Service provider. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a commercial or profit-making environment, a desire to upskill and grow their career in the role, and a passion for delivering exceptional HR support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Administrator

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from creating job postings to scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Key Qualifications for the HR Administrator

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role

  • Experience working in a commercial or profit-making environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Desire to upskill and grow their career in the role.
