We are looking for a HR Advisor on a contract basis of 3 months, to join our client’s team. The HR Advisor will be responsible for working on complex ER cases and will be able to demonstrate where you have worked closely with managers to resolve complex cases. This will be working on a remote basis but must be flexible to go into the office when needed and contribute to the design and ongoing transformation of the HR Consultancy Team and its offer of services. The HR Advisor will be working closely with HR Business Partners to manage complex cases and ensure that these cases are concluded in line with policy and good practice.

  • Liaise, communicate, and build relationships with other internal departments, customers, partner organizations, agencies, and/or contractors to support and represent the team/service

  • Assess or conduct analysis, presenting results and putting forward recommendations on managing more complex situations to support decision making.

  • Provide specialist/professional advice and recommendations within defined policy/strategy and procedures to support informed decisionmaking.

Skills Required for the HR Advisor:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisor position

  • Extensive Employee relations (ER) focus

  • CIPD qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience

  • Highly credible and able to work collaboratively with leaders across the business

  • Equipped with a “can do” attitude to problemsolving in an innovative way with a solution-focused approach

  • Ability to provide effective coaching and mentoring to colleagues

  • Drive for change/transformation
