We are activley seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a fast growing and innovative technology company on a full time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role and can be based out of either their London or Southampton office.
Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner:
- Supporting with the Recruitment
- Driving the employee engagement
- Onboarding new staff members
- Ensuring all policies are correct and up to date
- General payroll duties
- Taking ownership of Employee Relations and advising managers directly
- HR Operations
Key skills for the HR Business Partner:
- Must have experience wokring at Business Partner level
- Strong HR experience is essential, ideally with CIPD Level 5
- Demonstrable experience being adaptable in an ever changing environment
- Experience dealing with external agencies
