Are you a resilient and motivated HR Manager looking for a new challenge? We are working with an established and growing telecoms company based in Albourne, Hassocks to support with the recruitment of a HR manager on a 6M FTC. This role is based on site 5 days per week. 

Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager: 
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the full recruitment cycle from job postings to liaising with agencies, supporting with interviews and managing the onboarding process 
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee concerns, conducting investigations and providing guidance to managers and staff.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to supervisors and support performance improvement plans
- HR policies and compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and keeping the organisation up to date with industry best practises 
- Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, create development programs and support employees' career growth
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, salary structures and manage payroll processing for both office based staff and field engineers 
- HR Data and reporting: Maintain HR records, generate reports and use data-driven insights to support decision making and strategic planning

Key Skills for the HR Manager: 
- Proven experience in HR Management 
- Experienced working with subcontractors/ within a trade environment 
- Ability to work in a complex and fast paced setting 
- Previously worked in a stand alone role 
- Confident in dealing with challenging situations
