L & D Business Partner

We are supporting leading and innovative charitable organisation for recruit for an L&D Business Partner on a 6M FTC. This is a maternity cover and is delivering against 3 key projects within the L&D space. 
This is predominately a remote role with office visits only requires 2 times per month. 

Key Responsibilities for the L&D Business Partner:
- Supporting the roll out of virtual team training for the central HO functions to ensure all teams and managers are receiving the right level of support
- Working on the E-Learning platform, creating storyboards and content for developmental personalisation 
- Providing coaching for coaches
- Finalising and existing project for 1st line management programme to Team Leaders.

Key Skills for the L&D Business Partner: 
- End to end management of project roll outs in an L&D environment 
- Stakeholder Management 
- Strong experience around e-learning development 
- Ability to stay credible when presenting training
