Nursery Deputy Manager

Are you an experienced room leader with an NNEB or CACHE Level 3 qualification? We are supporting a small private nursery to require for a Nursery Deputy Manager on a full time permanent basis. 
This role is 35-40hrs per week but the hiring manager is able to be flexible if required. 

Key Responsibilities for the Nursery Deputy Manager: 
- Supporting the Nursery Manager with the smooth running of the nursery
- Safeguard and support children at all times 
- Oversee planning and delivery of the nursery Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in line with children's needs 
- Share any child protection concerns immediately with Nursery Manager 
- Guild, supervise and support other staff members 
- Build positive and strong relationships with parents, children and colleagues 

Key Skills for the Nursery Deputy Manager: 
- NNEB or CACHE Level 3 Qualification - Essential 
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) 
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures 
- Highly organised 
- At least 3 years experience working in a nursery setting
