Are you a dynamic and highly organised individual seeking a new opportunity? We are recruiting a great role within our client’s Operations Team as a Project Coordinator. As a crucial part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of client projects, from hardware installations to maintenance and license renewals. This full-time position is based in Leatherhead and would require 5 day’s on-site.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Act as the main point of contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee timely purchase and delivery of goods before projects commence, collaborating with the Office Admin.

  • Coordinate engineer schedules, ensuring correctly qualified engineers are booked onto relevant projects.

  • Provide support to Project Managers on various projects.

  • Liaise with Account Managers to ensure projects meet client expectations.

  • Coordinate installation prerequisites and access arrangements for engineers and on-site deliveries.

  • Source external contractors when needed.

  • Manage the DOA returns procedure.

  • Ensure client sign-off forms are completed and follow up on outstanding actions.

  • Track and report on project progress.

  • Create schematics and complete Risk Assessments (dependent on experience).

Key Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

  • Minimum 2 years of project administration or similar experience.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft software, including Outlook and Excel.

  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Flexible and committed approach to taking full responsibility for role and responsibilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise within a dynamic office environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software.
