Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Project Services department. The Project Coordinator would be responsible for supporting all project activities, liaising with internal teams, external clients and 3rd parties.
Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator
Responsible for the coordination and management of multiple projects from inception to completion
Communicate with internal teams, clients and third parties to ensure project progression in line with project plans
Arrange and schedule resources
Support project team with on-boarding of new clients
Maintain project systems and documentation
Produce management reports on project delivery KPI’s
Adhere to company, Health and Safety, Information, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures at all times
Key Experience for the Project Coordinator
Proven experience in a similar role or similar scheduling coordination position
Exceptional organisational and planning skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills both over the phone and face to face
Ability to engage professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience at all times
Strong knowledge of MS Office and competent IT skills are a necessity
Have good attention to detail and take pride in your work
Must be able to work well under pressure
