Key Responsibilities for the Scheduling Coordinator
- Building, managing and updating schedules in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
- Reacting calmly and quickly to last minute changes, sickness and emergencies, whilst keeping clients informed and services covered.
- Planning to anticipate staffing needs, holidays, and gaps before they happen.
- Supporting new starter, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the rota.
- Flexibility to be part of the on-call rota to provide occasional support outside standard hours if the service requires.
- A background in Scheduling
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your work presentation
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of team
- Expertise in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel (including data management within spreadsheets), PowerPoint, pdf editing, minute taking and the preparation and editing of documents
