Our client, a company who works within the transport sector, are looking for a Transport Planner to join their team at a really exciting time in their development. The role of the Transport Planner will be to support the sales team by providing the technical knowledge and experience to help drive projects forward.
What the Transport Planner role has to offer:
- Support the sales team in giving demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Source and create customer maps and data.
- Writing up reports and technical expertise.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
What you can offer to the Transport Planner role:
- 3+ years’ experience working with transport planning software or GIS.
- Use of PYTHON or C++.
- A relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Transport/Town Planning, Geography or solid commercial experience.
- Experience within pre-sales or working directly with clients.
- Have an interest or experience in the transport sector.
