A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to work with an industry leading financial services company as their Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based within the telephony sector, so a strong understanding is key.
Key responsibilities for the Service Delivery Manager:
- Governance and management of Suppliers and Outsource partners
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects are carried out correctly
- Communicating changes to the wider business teams
- Ensuring security measures are correct and changes are implemented correctly
- Presenting ideas in different forums to a range of different business areas
- Being the voice of the business with a strong tech understanding
- Supporting circa. 8500 employees
Key Skills for the Service Delivery Manager:
- Clear and confident when communicating
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong knowledge of IT workplace, Telephony, Data Centre, network and telecommunications infrastructure
- Understanding of IT security management processes, outsource governance and management practices & IT risk management processes
- Understanding of Workplace collaboration tools
