BID WRITER/COPYWRITER WANTED IMMEDIATELY!
We are looking for a Bid Writer/Copywriter to join our client’s team on a 3-month contract. The Bid Writer/Copywriter will be working 38 hours per week on a hybrid basis. The Bid Writer/Copywriter must have previous experience in Bid Writing/Copywriting and be proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign.
Key Responsibilities for the Bid Writer/Copywriter:
- Create Sales Presentations: Develop professional sales presentations that effectively communicate our brand’s value proposition and align with client needs.
- Content Compilation for Tenders: Compile and organize content to complete tenders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the internal sales team to provide timely and relevant marketing support. Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and collaborate effectively under pressure.
- Brand Standards Adherence: Maintain and promote consistency in the use of brand standards across all marketing materials and presentations.
- Technical Information Extraction: Actively seek out, extract, and combine technical information from various sources to support marketing content and presentations.
- Maintain a library of upto-date system of information for use in tender submissions.
- Design Expertise: Utilize graphic design software confidently to create visually appealing marketing materials. Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals.
- Build Relationships: Develop relationships and liaise with content creators within our client base to understand and identify how we continuously provide better service.
Skills Required for the Bid Writer/Copywriter:
- Good Copywriting
- Proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign
- Previous Bid Writing/Copywriting experience (Essential)
- Driving license and vehicle (to get to the office)
