Our client is seeking a Graduate/Trainee Surveyor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Graduate/Trainee Surveyor will be working for a fast-growing team within the Brighton office. The Graduate/Trainee Surveyor must have a driving license and be enthusiastic about surveying, with either a degree or a minimum of 6 months of experience in surveying.
Key Responsibilities for the Graduate/Trainee Surveyor:
- Property inspections
- Photography
- Reading and appraising drawings
- Reviewing construction method statements
- Carry out drone surveys
- Liaise with homeowners, developers, contractors and counterpart surveyors
- Must have a driving license and own transport
- Construction-related qualification or some experience in surveying
- Enthusiasm in surveying, keen to learn and develop
- Willing to travel to sites when required
- Salary based on experience
